A golden beach at Colunga, where the Libardón river meets the sea. At low tide natural pools form among the rocks, which makes it one of the best beaches in this guide for children.
What sets it apart is east of the sand: a path of just over half a kilometre leads to dinosaur footprints that, according to the regional tourist board, are the largest found anywhere in the world so far.

- Go at low tide: that is when the pools appear.
- Lifeguards every day from late June to early September; adapted showers and toilets.
- Dogs are not allowed on the beach from June to September.
